What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young vegetables that grow 2-5” tall and can be grown year-round indoors.

Microgreens have more intense flavours and can be up to 40x more nutritious than their fully-grown counterparts. They also have vibrant colours and taste that can add a visual and flavorful pop to many dishes.

How long do microgreens last?

Microgreens generally stay fresh for at least 10 days when kept refrigerated but can last as long as 2-3 weeks in the fridge for some varieties.

Can I recycle or compost the containers?

Sustainability and reducing waste is very important to us which is why all of our packaging is recyclable.  We chose recyclable packaging over compostable packaging because compostable PLA and corn-based hard containers are NOT accepted at CRD composting facilities and would end up in the landfill instead.

I’m a chef or caterer, how do I place an order?

What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

If you will not be home to receive your delivery, please leave a cooler with an ice pack on your doorstep for us to deliver your order OR contact us to arrange other delivery or pick-up options.

What if I need to skip my order for a week?

If you need to skip an order for a week or two for any reason please notify us at least 48 HOURS before your next delivery.  To make up these orders, we can either increase your orders on future weeks or add these skipped weeks to the end of your subscription period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us directly.  By canceling, you will finish out your current 4-week subscription cycle and it will NOT automatically renew on the next cycle.
